This company is terrible they lie they just keep stealing your money month after month sending you candidates that live 1000 miles away and pretend that there doing something for you. They dont return calls ,they dont respond to emails I requested to cancel so many times could not get in touch with anyone, It is their goal to make canceling nearly impossible so they can steal your money month after month. Honestly, I wouldnt even give them one star, but there wasnt an option for zero stars! Terrible

This company are scam artists. I signed up for 1 month ($500) as a trial, it required a simple phone call and email. After a month of absolutely useless referrals (people more than 1000 miles away and endless applicants with fake phone and email info) I tried to cut my losses. I cannot stop them billing me. Its at about $2,500 and I am being ghosted. They do not respond to my emails but I continue to get endless robo emails. Don't give them any personal information and especially don't give them your credit card. I am going to end up in small claims court although at this rate it will not be a 'small claims'. It is outrageous that I cannot stop membership as easily as I could start it. Is that not the law now??

This place is a scam. Don't do it. Very unprofessional group of people. First off, we told them we needed drivers with at least 2 years experience. They told us they understood. Everyone that applied through their app had 6 months experience or less. Then, when we cancelled, they charged us twice more. We wasted $900 in 30 days, when the service is advertised at $300 for 30 days. When we called to get it corrected, they stopped answering the phone. It took months of calling to get through to a person, and they still did not fix the problem. We've cut our losses, but I advise anyone else to steer clear! If I could give a zero I would!

My experience with Truckers Network was extremely disappointing as they failed to deliver on their promise of connecting me with truckers who had at least three years of experience. Additionally, their billing practices were highly problematic. Despite my explicit request for our posting to be taken down and my account to be canceled, they continued to charge me for their services. This blatant disregard for my instructions and the ongoing charges only added to the frustrations and dissatisfaction I experienced with their platform. If you're looking for a reliable service that respects its customers' requests, avoids problematic billing practices, and connects you with experienced drivers, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Truckers Network.
