WORST PROPERTY MANAGERS I HAVE EVER HAD! Complete slumlords, that cant even provide basics like heating, warm water and a roach free place to live. Run as far as you can from them. They also massivly under pay their employes and treat them increadibly poorly. They should just go out off business so the world can become a bit of a better place.

If you looking to over pay for a really bad apartment go here, i suggest you go here. my rent is almost 2000 for a cold apartment that is falling apart

Outdated! Things are always broke down in this building and takes weeks to fix. Building manager is not a problem solver. My family sat in a freezing apt in the middle of winter. Elevators broken weekly. Couldnt do laundry for three weeks in building. Never ending..now we have to move again. I just spoke to reginal manager Debbie talked to me like i was in preschool... Her responce was well elevators do break down and elizabeth i dont think its been 3 weeks ( i guess im a liar) and dan the building manager is doing what hes suppose to do. She
didnt care our apt was 47 in my apt in the middle of winter....
This is just the beginning in one year time. Now they are raising our rent that is already ALMOST $2700 A MONTH
Be warned if your a student or have handicap family members or kids!!!!

Do not give your money or time to TLC Management. They have had recent changes in their property managers and their superiors, and this change has led to exponential increases in rent. They go back on their agreements. They do not make effective repairs when requested, they only put a band-aid on a problem. There is almost always one of the elevators out of service or someone stuck in one.They change rent prices on potential leases if you decide not to sign fast enough. The building management staff are never available and new staff have not shown up for appointments that they made. Studio apartments that are 500 sq ft. are now renting for a minimum of $1,640. Please consider another property managing company. TLC does not stand for tender loving care, only Terribly Lousy Company.
