The owner of Jet Blue is incredibly helpful. I ran into some technical issues with printing at another business, and I reached out (after hearing good things) to Jet Blue. The owner was able to do a test print for me to see if the issue was with my design or with the printing. After we troubleshot, he was able to suggest technical fixes for my print job. He's incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend printing here! Thank you again for your help! Edit: I approached Ty once again two years after my first time working with him to print some posters for an academic conference. The competitors not only charge crazy amounts, but they make the delivery/pick-up a nightmare. Ty once again did not disappoint. The posters came out awesome and just as good, if not better than, the companies that specialize in academic posters. Thank you again!
