Hello Anissa, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your visit. Of course the sign of any plant pests can be concerning, but our small team does their absolute best to mitigate these challenges that any plant store will face. We are constantly on the lookout for any potential problems such as this, and we are quick to treat any unwanted houseplant guests. We also consistently release ladybugs as a preventative and supplementary precaution, as they prey on many pests. If we happen to miss a potential infestation, we would appreciate if you'd communicate that with the staff so we can quarantine the infected plant. Also, the webbing you saw by the front window display is actually from beneficial house spiders that prey on other pests, such as houseflies or the occasional wasp that find their way in from outside. We do our best to keep our display neat and tidy, but these little guys always manage to find their way. Since they are beneficial...we don't always mind their presence! We also do assure that each and every plant categorized in the pet-safe area is in fact pet-safe, minus some decorative plants on our top-shelf area. Mistakes do happen, and it is possible something was misplaced. We are always here to give you guidance and reassurance whenever needed. We strive to make things right and make everyone feel welcome, we never want you to feel disrespected in anyway, and we apologize for making you feel unwelcome.
