I have a monthly parking pass, my car was broke into and my window was smashed out. I filled out a incident report and police report but haven't heard from anyone. Meanwhile they are still changing me monthly. I wouldn't recommend anyone to park in Sherman Plaza Garage.

Misleading - this is NOT Target parking despite the sign. Will cost you $

Horrible horrible
No way to really talk to anyone
Even if you are under an hour or have A target receipt
I didnt even park I came thru front dropped my ticket out if window so tried to come back and get another one
They charged me $18
Customer service very rude
Asked for manager it was no
I tried to explain it is free under an hour
She didnt care and told me its was nice I could read when I told her what son said
Other garages would Of just opened gate
Hated my experience
Gates didnt work had to be ack up several times
Parked on street
