My first meet and greet with Vashti was in our condo elevator as she was our neighbor but at that time I did not know she was a real estate broker too. I was excited to learn that she can assist me in the selling my Condo as it was my first experience ever doing so. Since meeting Vashti and contracting her for the selling of my Condo - every thing from 3D presentations of the Condo till the signing of the closing papers - I never faced any problems. She not only advised us for some home improvements that resulted in a better offer but also helped navigate us with any documentations required of/for our Condo Association Board for a smooth closing. All in all, now that weve sold our Condo, Vashti still shows dedication for getting us any documents in the aftermath of our condo selling and checks in occasionally on our well-being which makes it feel like she is more of a trusted friend than just another real estate agent. We couldnt be more happy with the service we received from her and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know!

If youre looking for a realtor who cares and is responsive, Vashti is excellent! She is very knowledgeable and kept us informed of the processes every step of the way. And I appreciate how she advocated for us to get our dream home. We are thankful for her!

I had an excellent showing with Ms. Vashti. She was on time, polite, funny and very accommodating showing me several locations in my preferred neighborhood and one outside the neighborhood that met my preference of at least 2 jacuzzi baths! I can happily and easily recommend her since she actually put in the work and research to find my home.

It was great working with Vashti, she always makes herself available when needed, she got all the contacts and resources needed to complete your real estate transaction. Shell work late if necessary and Shes also easy to work with.
