I worked with Arvin twice. The first one was, Oct 2021 purchased my Townhouse. The property I saw online had a price bidding war and the day we looked at the property was the last day we can submit an offer. I loved the place and I must do the best to win that bidding war. Arvin made that happened for me. He was quick on getting the contract ready and we were able to submit on time and on top of that we WON. I got the place that I love. The second one, I chose to worked with Arvin again to sell my Condominium, it closed early Feb. 2022. I really enjoyed working with him. Hes very Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive, and very Honest. He was so patient, answered all my questions and if something he is not sure of, he always made sure to get answers to my questions and not just make up stuff. Based on my experience working on both buying and selling, Arvin is not just an average Realtor, he goes above and beyond for his client, he always gives 110%. Buying and selling a property is equally stressful, but Arvin is very supportive from beginning to end, it made me feel so confident on decisions I made and so glad everything went perfect.
