Ive been several times and the order is always missing something. Today they missed the boba on both drinks. Wonderful, creative drinks though!

We went around Evanston and wanted to give this place a try. Great drink! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

This product is delicious and packaged so cute! We ordered the brown sugar oolong tea (70% sugar), the mango pamelo sago (regular sugar), the osmanthus longan green tea slush (regular sugar), and the medium spicy takoyaki. The mango drink and the osmanthus tea is SO good as is. Highly recommend them. The brown sugar oolong tea is standard. Not exceptional. But at least you can taste the tea!! That's better than many tea shops where it just tastes like milk, so I'm happy with that. I loveeee the takoyaki!! Perfect spice level too. I can taste the medium spice without it overpowering my taste buds. The cups are really nice too!! They have a great feel. They're recyclable (so make sure to recycle them!!) or keep them because they're that nice. Customer service was okay. The main lady who packaged the drinks and gave me my order was lovely! She took the time to make sure I knew which drink was which and asked if I needed anything else. But there were so many people working and kind of standing around. The back work station was kind of messy and the front sitting area needed to be wiped down. It kind of kills the kawaii theme when things are dirty/messy. It would have been nice to be greeted by someone when my daughter's and I came in. Exceptional service would've made me more inclined to buy the cute bunny products, but it just kind of turned me off. I hope when I return this improves so it can be a 5 star!!
