Kelley helped us find a new apartment in southeast Evanston. We've lived here for seven years and love the area but when our landlord sold our apartment building and we had to move on short notice we needed help and Kelley rode to the rescue. She listened carefully to our particular needs and managed to find us a very nice apartment within our budget. The place we settled on is much bigger than our previous place and we are happy here. We probably would not have found it without her help. I have to add that Kelley also advised us on the particulars of condo renting and helped us navigate that process successfully.

Amazing! Kelley helped me purchase my first home, a condo in Chicago's West Loop. She was available 24/7 and clearly knew all the brokers we dealt. She is extremely knowledgeable and asks all the important and obscure questions. I really felt like she was on my side and wasn't afraid to approach neighbors or businesses so that I could get the feel of each area. She chatted up the doormen and even the mailmen to see how things were handled in each building. When I settled on a place she even had a contact that specialized in the brand of blinds I had since one might have needed a repair. I know she does a lot of business in the suburbs as well and I couldn't imagine having anyone else help me once I decide to move to the suburbs, or stay in the city! I feel like she cultivates clients for life and I'm proud to say she will be my first call when I move again.
