Emma Bird was awesome to work with as our realtor! We were first time home buyers with no idea what we were doing, and we were moving to a new state with no knowledge of the area. Emma walked us through everything step by step, and sent us any and all information we requested. She even showed us around the area and introduced us to some of the popular local spots. She was very responsive and quick to answer our questions, which we really valued. Emma also has a great network of high quality service people. Everyone she recommended to help us through the process, such as lender, attorney and inspector, was top notch. Emma is clearly very knowledgeable about what she does. I could ask her anything in our house hunt, and she either knew the answer or knew exactly who to contact to to get our answer in a timely manner. Home buying is a stressful process, let alone doing it from out of state, but Emma helped make the process seamless. She was willing to work with our availability even when it wasnt the most convenient. She helped us find the perfect place for us in the timeline we needed. Highly, highly recommend Emma Bird!
