We took our car in because we couldn't unlock the trunk with the key. The locksmith not only fixed that problem, he got our remote and dash release working.

There are many options for locksmiths rated 4-5 stars in this area. I went with 24 hour locksmith because they had 5 stars and quoted me the cheapest to replace 4 mailbox keys at $330. One year ago their technician Daniel came, replaced the keys, and said there's a one year warranty. Nice guy, no issues there. A year later, 2 of the 4 mailbox keys do not work (bolt won't go into strike plate despite turning key). I call to enact the warranty, Joseph tells me he'll contact a technician for a charge. When I tell him I'm enacting the warranty so there shouldn't be a charge he says to send him record of the invoice. He also says warranty is only for 30 or 60 days (guy can't get his story straight). I send him the invoice and don't hear from him. I call him again few days later and he says "I already told you there's a charge" to which I am confused because 1) Why did you have me send you invoice from last year if that made no difference 2) What happened to the warranty. Also communication was awful (had to follow up repeatedly) and unless I asked, his plan was to have the technician do the job THEN charge me after. My advice is to go with literally any other locksmith (so many in this area) even if it's a couple bucks more. I basically lost $330 and don't want that happening to anyone else.
