Dr. Smith has been a compassionate listener, a strong co-advocate within the medical system, and most of all, has treated me as a real human person. In challenging times, particularly related to health, all of those things count for a lot.

Dr Smith is the worst doctor I have ever had. It is evident that she does not care about her patients. Almost every interaction we have involves several unnecessary mistakes. She is not responsive, and instead of changing things, she gets defensive or tries to shift the blame.

Does not seem to actually care about people, more defensive than empathetic. I get the impression that she does not like her job and just gets through the day doing the bare minimum. Has never been able to remember basic details about me and clearly does not even review my chart before visits. Will not be going back after so many poor experiences. Very disappointed in NW Medicine.

Very professional while still being comforting. Genuinely interested in your history and helping you make the best decision. I appreciate the time she took!

This doctor causally and irresponsibly ruined my life. She did not provide necessary information, prescribed medications with no warning of side effects, she was dismissive and condescending in all interactions and in response to patient concerns.
