We are very happy with the services we received by Brian Bussey. He was recommended by my doctor to see if something in our house environment was causing my symptoms. Brian has a friendly and honest presence about him, and he cared to take a thorough history of our experience in our house. He spent a lot of time with us doing an inspection and answering all our questions. He is personable and knowledgeable, and we were happy with our choice to work with him. Brian completed a thorough inspection, and a surface sample of our air ducts revealed that they were very dirty and had some fungus/mold in them. We worked with other environmental/mold specialists and none of them tested or even mentioned our air ducts. I had some questions and followed up with Brian twice, and he picked up the phone each time and was patient in answering my questions. We highly recommend Brian Bussey!
