I encountered the worse and most frustrating experience with their customer service. Their delayed resolution led to a drop in my credit score from 850 to 700. It's unfortunate when such administrative problems affect customers' finances. Its just not acceptable

All I can say is that I received top notch service, Longe Shungu went above and beyond, Can we have him cloned? Lol
We need more people committed as Longe is to customer excellence, and to first northern credit unions

Ventura Avila gives us great customer service. Any questions or issues with my banking needs she is there to help me out. Also if you need an interpreter Ventura is fluent in Spanish. Thank you Ventura and keep up the excellent customer service you provide to us!
