Shawn marked up parts by nearly 30-40%, gave me quote that was double the scope of what I had asked for, and then sent a very rude email when I said I wanted to go in a different direction. Dishonest, and deceitful. It's honestly unclear if sexist or just an asshole to everyone. What is clear is that he's phenomenally bad at his job.

I have never written a negative review, but this experience warrants one. DO NOT GO HERE!! I am always open to constructive criticism, but Alex did not stop insulting my computer build. He was less helpful than a white crayon on a blank sheet of paper. He was the single most narcissist person I have met to date! Avoid at all costs.

While he answered my question knowledgeably, Shawn was undoubtably rude and standoffish in how he answered. I came in wondering if my new PC could handle a graphics card upgrade; I was wrong. Shawn's way of answering me was placing the graphics card on top of the pc and saying "Look, it won't fit". He then proceeded to engage in one-upmanship with me regarding a (much more expensive) computer he had.
Giving 2 stars because he was kind enough to provide me with a static bag for my card. However, I will not be engaging with them again for ANY of my computing needs in the future.
