Levi's Store Evanston

downtown Evanston location has this total noob (looks hispanic, shaved head always wears a ski hat) for a manager, show's anyone can be a Levis manager. This guy has no common sense. bought a pair of jeans that fit pretty good and the usual length as my other Levi's pants. I washed them following the manufacturer's instructions (gentle, cold wash, and they were air dried w/out heat) when i put them on they were way shorter than before, bottom line they shrunk big time and I could not wear them. Went back there, this dumbass ( I think the name was Gustavo) after explaining what happened asks me if I want to do an exchange, then he changes his mind and says sorry he can't accept them even though they are in new condition, he made it sound like i made a huge mistake for washing them and makes it sound like you should never wash Levi's jeans. 2 reasons why I washed them 1. Levi's treats them with something when new and it smelled like Elmer's glue 2. I always wash clothes i just purchased. doesn't F*ing matter if I wash them or not as long as it was done according to the directions in the pants, this is a defect and this idiot can't understand that. Anyways I called Levi's direct and they accepted a return but via mail. Last time I buy from Levi's, over rated (can never find one that fits right), overpriced crap. Went over to Gap and it was cheaper and fit perfect, and Levi's please get this dumbass manager outa here
