Once again, as we stated the 2nd time you posted this review 5 months ago, we are disappointed you felt our service was not as good as you would have preferred. Please stop by and give us another chance before posting yet again - you might be surprised! If you wish, call ahead, and we will be glad to meet you when you get here and personally introduce you to our chocolates. Following is the reply we wrote 5 months ago to your same review:We are disappointed that you feel you were not treated well in our store. That is not at all like us. We did review with all our employees our policy to welcome everyone to the store, based on this review that was actually first posted several months ago. I have no doubt you would have enjoyed our chocolates had you had the opportunity. There are wonderful dessert places in Evanston, and are glad you have taken the time to visit some of them. Hopefully you will give us a try again someday.
