Greg Bradle conducted a highly detailed inspection for over 9,000sf of commercial property in which I was pursuing. I can't begin to describe the in-depth process I witnessed first hand when it came to him inspecting the 100yr old buildings. Everything was touched, tested, photographed, and documented. The report in which I ultimately received was laid out in a manner of which I could easily comprehend and understand. Greg even took over an hour of his time a day later to cover the report with me page by page to ensure I had exactly what I needed to know. I highly recommend him and Lucent Property Inspections for your residential or commercial needs.

We're buying from out of state and went with Lucent based off of reviews and a recommendation. Greg was nice to work with! Very professional, reviewed all of his findings with us via a video call and gave us his repair recommendations. It was very easy and convenient to be able to book all of the necessary inspections through him. Highly recommend!
