I hired Project One Construction to replace my existing deck with composite decking. This included a few add ons such as another set of stairs and skirting. Matt (and Jordan) did an amazing job! Matt and his team have done 3 separate projects for us now, one being a large total remodel project. All projects completed by them have been completed within budget and punctually. Well be using them again for future projects!

We have used Project One for several remodels on our 90+ year old house. Everything is always done well, in budget, and on time. Any surprises/changes are discussed; Matt is an excellent problem solver and is both diplomatic and honest when asked for his input or opinion. Hired P1C for a major remodel. While their heart is in the right place, ultimately we were disappointed with the experience and the work we had done with Project 1. Nice crew, friendly people, but expectations were improperly set by the owner, which ultimately led to a major structural problem on the property. Remodel had to be torn out and redone twice. Drywall was poorly installed, no permits or structural engineering was completed beforehand. Crew did not have the skill to complete the job and we were left with having to redo a lot of the work ourselves, so we ended up massively over-budget. The electrician and the drywall guy both independently told us the work P1 did was shoddy, which kinda broke our hearts. Live and learn.

We used Project One for a full remodel of our main floor living space. Full kitchen, living room, bedrooms, two bathrooms. They tore out walls and reframed, moved door openings. Installed new hardwood flooring, tile, did a tile shower and much more. They also framed and drywalled our unfinished basement and installed new LVP down there. Matt Stoller and his crew were extremely efficient, professional, and detailed in all aspects of the work completed. He tackled every project and curveball that we threw at him. He even incorporated old doors that we found and took the time to make the vintage handles work and unusual sized doors fit in their frames. He went above and beyond when it came to making sure every detail met his very high standards and that we were happy with the work in the end. Everything was completed to the highest standards in the business in less than the expected amount of time! It is clear that craftsmanship, commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Matt and Project One. He is my #1 choice when it comes to any residential construction project new or old. Service: Remodeling
