Yesenia Valdez, MD

Dr. Valdez is fantastic. Her supporting staff are just fine in my experience as well - They don't exactly jump up and do a little dance for you when you walk in, but I did not find them "rude" as a couple of negative reviews here described them. I suspect Karens.

Dr. Valdez Is one of the best doctors that I have met. She is very knowledgeable and has been very thorough at every visit. She listens to all your concerns and takes your thoughts into consideration. She is the only doctor that I recommend to everyone that I know.

After being dismissed by a previous pcp I explained to Dr. Valdez what was going on and she proceeded to downplay all of my concerns. She told me that it was likely in my head and when I explained that I was worried about it she said that I was probably not explaining things correctly. If you're expecting a doctor with compassion and understanding I would continue to look for another physician.

I went to see Dr. Valdez today for the first time, after having my doctor for past 30 years. What a knowledgeable and professional person, I feel as if my relative is taking care of me. what a great feeling. Thank you Doctor Valdez.

Today is my first day with Dr. Valds and Im impressed. Unfortunately, her front desk/her administrators is awful. They arent friendly. When youre sick or worried about your health, you want someone who will answer your questions in a respectful way. You will not find that with the office staff. I just finished seeing the Dr and on my way out I realize that I need a restriction note or something about my concern of duties and the receptionist made me wait for an hour without her saying nothing and when I went up to her she said she cant ask the Dr because shes with patients. I do understand that but she could of tried since I was already seen by the Dr Valdez.
