        VERY disappointed how Hilti handles their return policy, wouldn't even work with me on what I wanted to return, (No refund or store credit) 1 apoxy was defective and the other was unopened/unused. Not so great Customer Service, Sorry's don't give me a refund. We'll be careful if/when we ever purchase again from Hilti.
