        rude, racist. at the mere mention of a latino working there sent them into a tirade. they were condescending, angry the entire time only because she actually had to work and then kept forgetting to add income and deductions. screwed up my mother's taxes. probably on purpose. never returning. boycott this location. Unprofessional and incompetent.
