They were very professional. They took care of me great. Staff was wonderful. Had surgery here 2 times.

Terrible the whole time of my husbands surgery I did not know anything not when he went into surgery not when he went into recovery the Dr never came to talk to me until I went in and said what is going on with my husband its been 3.5 hours for a 45 min surgery and have not heard anything when I went to ask for a update they told me he was in recovery would be done in 30 minutes to go home and that was another hour 30 minutes and they did not tell me anything. Would never go here again or recommend this place to anyone

I had foot surgery at the Ortho Surgery Center and received great care the day of my operation, was impressed by the pro-active interest in my health and care before the procedure. The team was very responsive, open to answering my questions before the procedure, and checked on me after the surgery. I would go back here for any future care and send my family to this surgery center.

This place is a joke for billing. At the time of my daughter's surgery we asked if we had to pay upfront or wait to see what insurance covers. They said we can wait but they need a credit card or debt card on file. So we put a debt card on file. The lady at the front desk said they would have to call us to authorize any charges to the card. We never received a phone call and they automatically charged us. I called there and the billing manger is out of the office. I got a call back from the Surgeon side of the company and the lady was very rude on the phone with. Then they claim we signed paper before the surgery saying they can bill the card. Which they were misleading in the first place. Then she said we send out emails 5 days before we bill the account. We never received any emas about it. I said why is there no actual bill sent in the mail. She just say cause it all email. Funny thing is we received Bill's in the mail from the surgeon side of the business but not the centers side. I am not happy with this facility because of this. May account is in negative with fees. Not to mention it is taking away from my family needs with the account negative. Very false leading with their information they give before surgery.
