I have been sending boxes to Mexico for about 7 years but I have never had a bad experience, since the beginning of December I have sent a box and it still has not reached its destination and the bad thing is that the old despots, witches and illiterate people who work there are no good for Nothing was wrong with the address and because of them the box they don't even know where it is every time I call everyone says a different version and apart from that the illiterate old women don't let people talk and only tell lies, they don't understand how the owner there can have such illiterate workers that They only talk and do not let the customer speak and complain and also they almost never answer and have very bad service

This company is the worst and most negligent you can find. Don't dare send anything with them if you don't want to have nightmares. I sent a package to Mexico and it took them two months to deliver it, not to mention that the objects arrived broken due to poor handling. box without counting all the lies they tell you when you ask for information, every time you talk to them they tell you different pretexts to justify themselves and that when you buy the box they tell you a price but when you consign it you get double what they told you the shipping would cost a true Via Crucis worthy of Holy Week.

The worst service I have received, the branch of the Grand is a horror. My shipments are more than 5 weeks old and they cannot track me in Mexico. This company is a clear example of inefficiency, ineptitude, disorganization, lack of professionalism and everything negative that you can find in a shipping company, not to mention that the only thing they tell you are LIES!! When you call to request information about your shipping, I sent a box in November and they delivered it until FEBRUARY! And besides, my box arrived COMPLETELY LOOTED, NOT EVEN A QUARTER OF WHAT I SENT ARRIVED, THEY TOOK OUT THE SNEAKERS, CLOTHES AND PERFUMES! and every time I called to track my package, the woman who attended to me was RUDE, LIAR because she only said that it was about to arrive and THEY WERE LIES! every time I dial to complain about the insurance THEY NEVER ANSWER! It is the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY THAT CAN EXIST!
