Thanks to previous reviews, I found Anne to list my property.  I just could not be happier. She is warm and friendly, and her professionalism truly makes a big difference. She was there every step of the way to guide me through the selling process. She genuinely cares and thinks of my best interests as her client. Anne is a 10 out of 5 stars agent Google! My husband and I were contemplating renting vs buying in this crazy housing market that we are in, but my gut just said to buy despite the overinflated prices. We went with a couple agents and I just felt like we were not a "priority". So I googled "Best realtors near me", and I found Anne Thompson with her winning smile. I read reviews on her and then I texted her. To my surprise she replied right away! This is one of Anne's best qualities, she is responsive and quick. I told Anne our needs and she went to work. I never mentioned to Anne the severity of our "need" to move, I always said we weren't in a "hurry", but we were frantically looking. I would text her listings at odd hours in the night after work hours and she would still schedule showings for the next day. Just amazing! She would always find a way to squeeze us in to her busy schedule. My frustrated HGTV-er self would choose the listings and I would drag Anne and my husband into these odd, moldy, rat-infested, damaged properties that I am sure Anne is not used to showing. Anne did not have to say anything, I could see it in her face, that "DON'T BUY THIS!" look. If it was not for Anne's great insight, wisdom and advice, I would have made an offer on a money pit property and would have fallen bankrupt trying to fix it. If I had went with another agent trying to make a buck, I would have been stuck with one of the dilapidated properties I actually fell in love with. I feel Anne genuinely cares for her clients, has their best interests at heart wants to help people find homes and I appreciate that so much. She dealt with my ups and downs when we would find a house that we would make an offer on and the deal would fall thru because all these other buyers had better offers and more money. She encouraged me to keep looking and keep going. Anne is such a great advocate and fights for her clients. For a first time homebuyer like myself, that is really important because we were clueless. Negotiations were such a headache and if it were not for Anne I would have just quit. Closing would not have happened without Anne, because if it weren't for her reminding me to make sure that I get instructions on how to wire the money, I wouldn't have been able to deal with the issues that came along with it the day before the actual closing! If I had all the money in the world I would choose Anne Thompson to be my agent any day and we'd go shopping for houses just for sheets and giggles coz she made it so much fun!

We used Anne at the start of what we were expecting to be a long search process. After talking with her and seeing a few properties, we realized that we wanted to move much faster than we initially planned. Anne was amazing during the entire process. She helped us get our house ready to sell, found a new house to buy, and finished all of the paperwork in record time. Even with our expedited timeline, we were blown away with her ability to get us into house in a fantastic neighborhood at a price we loved... and sold our previous home for more than we had imagined. We have now been in our new home for over a year and I still can't imagine going through the whirlwind process with anyone else. She is an extremely solid agent that I would recommend to everyone!
