Had appointment with Jen to discuss doing an Open House. She didnt show up and when I called her she said she wasnt coming, offered no apology or explanation, and obviously didnt care. Take that for what it is worth.

Jen by far is the best realtor Ive ever used. Known her for over 10 years with 3 transactions and recommended her to friends. She is extremely knowledgeable not only about the area but also the real estate business. Always professional, friendly and has her clients best interests at heart. On one house purchase her knowledge saved us $30,000. Just a great person to work with.

Updating to say I have now worked with Jen a 3rd time - this time renting. As before, we were very impressed with Jen's knowledge and professionalism. She is top notch!! We worked with Jen twice - once on the buying side and once on the selling side - and both times Jen was very knowledgable and helpful. She worked super hard for us and was always available when we needed her. We highly recommend Jen Coyte!

I have been working with Jen since I bought my first house over 15 years ago. Through the years she has represented me on another home purchase as well as property rentals. She has provided me with real estate advice and has connected me with multiple resources from mortgage brokers, lawyers, and developers. To painters, landscapers and handymen. I would not hesitate in recommending her.
