        I cannot say enough positive things about Buckingham Pilates. Beths passion for Pilates is evident at every class. Her classes are tailored to fit her clients needs. Beth gives individual feedback and encouragement. The new studio is an amazing sun filled space. I take Pilates twice a week to become stronger, more flexible and to reduce stress. I highly recommend Buckingham Pilates to anyone looking for Pilates classes.
