      We are sorry to hear about your experience. Especially since I believe that I'm the person you may be referring to. We strive to treat everyone fairly and with respect. I don't recall this instance that you speak of and believe "throwing a card" may be a slight exaggeration considering we have plexiglass windows with a 2 inch slot underneath to slide credit cards through. If a credit card slid underneath quickly during one of your transactions, there was nothing intentional about it. If this is Chicago Hardscape LLC as your pictures imply, your company comes into our yard quite frequently and I don't recall ever having an issue. If there is ever a problem in the future, If you wouldn't mind letting us know before writing bad reviews.
