        They were late, spent only a little over an hour cleaning, scratched my original 66 year old hardwood floors, left some sort of nasty residue in the bathroom sink, poor job dusting. I think I can hand buff the scratches out of the floor, but it is still upsetting.

        My husband and I called your place. The lady who took are information was very nice. We had a lady by the name of Stella come to clean. She was very nice, clean appearance and was prompt. We had her twice, each time for 2 hours at $115.00. After the second time, we decided to no longer have her. The second time, she should of worked 3 hours because it was a month later. She needs to put a little more elbow grease into her cleaning. Hope she will try and do better if there were any other comments related to ours. Service: Standard cleaning
