        My townhome community chose S&D for our new roof installation, after researching multiple other roofing companies. We chose S&D because of our management companys recommendation, as well as the competitive pricing S&D provided. It was a large project for us, and we are very pleased with the results. S&D & its management worked closely with us & kept our management company & Board of Directors updated every step of the way. After several months, the finished product says it all. The new, updated roofs & gutters are beautiful, functional, & have given our property a huge facelift, not to mention increased property value to our homes. I highly recommend this company.
