Ordered anniversary flowers bc they were local and a block from my house. Was promised delivery today and guaranteed it before 5pm. Called at 5:30 and was told they have until 6:30 to deliver the flowers which was not the agreement. Its now 7:30 no flowers no answer and they are closed. I will be getting a refund and or disputing credit card. Tried to stay local and got burnt on this one. They operate out of the ups store and it is not a real Storefront/address. Very shady. Update: owner bill has issued a full refund and was very apologetic . Offered to resend flowers for free

All I did was call an ask questions regarding arrangements prices and delivery. The woman I spoke with verified that a dozen premium roses were 89.99, and said they would be "arranged." I asked about morning delivery, for next day, she said they only deliver in the afternoons, due to COVID, which is fine. She then asked me what time I needed the flowers delivered, I said "Noon," she said she couldn't do that which, again, is fine, so I asked her if she could do them same day, it seemed like she could. When I asked what the roses would be arranged with, she told me I was asking too many questions and that my order was too complicated and hung up on me. I don't know what I said, I was polite and I didn't feel like my questions were non-standard, oh well. Very odd interaction, not sure I would do business with them and trust them to deliver a good product on time.

I wanted to send flowers to my friends in town. I randomly chose this florist but am so lucky I did. They are family-owned, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Thanks!

Staffs were welcoming and did gave me nice recommendations. Had a lovely bouquet arrangement. I would surely recommend this.
