I called to set up an appointment and this representative did not even give me her name nor what her title was. Instead she told me to email her my questions. So I tried asking more questions and hung up on me. My thoughts on an organization that your willing to roll over your investments such as your 401k, the standard at that location is poor. I think that if youre treating future prospects this way, run for the hills, these are big red flags. Do not trust this place!!! Not professional.
