We had a new sliding patio door installed by Craftwood last week & am very happy with the purchase and customer experience. Michal was knowledgeable, responsive and took care of us from start to finish. They were also the most competitive price wise from the 3 companies I received quotes from. I would highly recommend them!

Dear Craftwood, In all of my years of life I've never felt out of place at an establishment until now. I went into this showroom with intentions of new trim, doors and locks and came out feeling as if i was an alien of some sort. Was treated as if i was window shopping or didn't have the funds to be in this place, was talked down on and hurried out because i couldn't make up my mind on styles. i will let everyone know in the greater elmhurst/bensenville area to not spend their hard earned money here! I am sorry if you were having a bad day, we all have them, but that gives you no right to make someone feel as if they shouldn't be there. Shame on you! Bradley R. Lipinski.

Sketchy salesman but exemplary installation team. Alen (salesman) explicitly pointed to elements of the windows when creating the order and described that they were included, but I found when he arrived for installation that everything we had discussed had not actually been included in the final order/contract. My first time purchasing windows, I hadnt realized that "installation new window with capping and caulking" did not include the interior trim, even though Alen had given me the impression it did when placing the order, which resulted in a surprise $750 charge (he started at $1,000 but I balked) day of the installation. However John and his installation team were consummate professionals. On time, polite, efficient, beautiful work product, and left everything neat and tidy behind them. Johns team was so excellent that I would still consider working with Craftwood for future window needs if they have other salespeople and as long as John is still there. If you work them, be sure to go through your contract line by line and get in writing what every bit of jargon refers to.

Terrible experience with Adrian and Craftwood Doors & Windows. Was very excited to replace preexisting doors in my home, so i went ahead and had them professionally measured and provided Craftwood with proper dimensions and options necessary for my home. Upon delivery i got my doors and now ready to install! 3 of my 5 doors were framed the wrong way and swung one direction instead of the other, I had alerted Adrian that it may have been a clerical error, or maybe all documents i provided weren't uploaded (there were 5 pages in total, info on front and back.) He proceeded to say he did not lose anything and theres no way he could've made this simple, clerical error. He kept aggressively telling me you signed the invoice, you agreed to this. I signed the invoice for price, with the peace of mind knowing he had scanned (at his request) all my proper documents i provided him with. After the aggressive and defensive reply, i reiterated it may have been a clerical error and if this can be fixed because all of the paperwork i provided him with, had said dimensions/options. He then told me you can sell the doors to someone or i can purchase new ones from them, i declined and came to the conclusion with Adrians word, that he can have them reframed and fixed. Fast forward 4 weeks later and all have received to this day is hes waiting on an update. Would hate to see this happen to anyone else as i am stuck with $3500 worth of doors and very unprofessional communication and customer service. Will update if anything changes: UPDATE: They have responded to my google review faster than replying to a 4.5 week old open ticket to coordinate reframing my doors! Cant make this up
