I dropped my laptop on the pavement a few days ago and was devastated because the last time I had to get my computer repaired it took many weeks. I called Triple Check Techs and an extremely knowledgeable person answered the phone. He asked me a few questions and then told me how I could go about fixing the problem by getting an inexpensive device from a computer store. Rather than taking my computer and doing a fairly expensive fix the man helped me get my problem fixed in less than 30 minutes for $30. I will 100% use Triple Check Techs for all of my computer repairs in the future.

Tim and Greg worked really hard to fix my external hard drive and recover as many files as possible.  I called them to see if they could help me, and the next day they came and picked up my hard drive.  They worked on it for a few weeks, recovered a bunch of data, then ran it again with a different recovery process and found even more files.  They built a new hard drive for me and transferred all of my files.  I was originally quoted quite an outrageous number by Best Buy to fix my drive, and Tim and Greg helped me for a much more reasonable price.  Definitely recommend and will return if there's anything else I need.
