        My family and I took our cars to Chuck for years, but in the past few months its really gone downhill. He incorrectly diagnosed my truck, told me an expensive part was broken when it wasnt. He ordered/replaced good parts instead of diagnosing fully like I had asked, and just recently quoted me 2.5 hours for a 30min job at most. He no longer picks up the phone when I call and hasnt responded to the messages Ive left. Its really disappointing, I always felt like he was an honest guy but I cant go back to a shop that will overcharge me.
