        Very convenient location. We really enjoyed living here. Apartments are comfortable and very well insulated and quiet. Love the pool area in summer. Maintenance staff is excellent and responsive. Love our neighbors. Inside parking is a plus. Our location overlooking the pool area from the 5th floor is the best area of the building.

        In my opinion you are better off at any other building than 255. The building management has an extremely (4 in 2 1/2 years I think) high turn over which is a problem and says a lot about ownership. They increase rents every year and say its competitive with the the Finn and the Marke and IT IS NOT. The Fynn and the Marke are much nicer and newer buildings that are very well maintained. There are only two elevators for the WHOLE building but one goes down all the time (once for almost a month!). The pool is always filthy and the hallways frequently smell like marajuana. Do not let them fool you, this building is not worth the amount they charge in rent!

        I lived at Elmhurst 255 for 2.5 years and enjoyed my time there. Rent prices can be a bit high but that's not uncommon for downtown Elmhurst now. It's a nice building in a great location and the office and maintenance staff were always kind and helpful.

        I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it! Its a great location with some good amenities, but the best part is the staff in the office, Melissa and Nicole are the best and always very helpful. Thank you ladies

        Spacious apartments, covered parking, great courtyard for hosting friends and family, great cinema room for movies with friends, and great access to the metra and downtown elmhurst. Friendly staff and helpful maintenance. Rent increase was fairly significant considering initial rent was already high and front desk does not really ever answer the phone but they are responsive in person and via email.
