I dont often do reviews because people usually only leave a review when they have a bad experience and neglect leaving a review when their experience is good so its hard to trust them. Let me tell you though that my experience with HTP America was phenomenal. I dealt with Heather and she was very quick to respond to all of my emails and my calls, she was polite and informative, she went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible. My item was out of stock when I placed my order but from the time it came back in stock to my doorstep it was 3 days. If the quality of their machine is as good is the service they provide (which I believe it is) HTP has earned a customer for life. I also dont know where they found Heather as an employee but they better keep her, give her a raise and send her on a vacation because I know I would if I could find an employee like her for my business.

I purchased a htp water separator awhile back from this company which I rarely used. I had it in storage for about a year packaged away nicely. When I went to set up my compressor after moving into our new place and the main canister has corrosion on the bottom and the sight glass is leaking on all canisters. This is a decently expensive system ($600) . I asked a customer service representative if I could get new canisters weather I paid for them or got a replacement on htp would be better than paying the full replacement costs. I got ghosted and never heard back after follow up calls still no response

Lowest I can go is one star, they don't rate that... I ordered on 10-22-23 it is now 1-10-24, 1-3 days shipping my A$$... Latest tracking in transit somewhere.... If you can but it somewhere else, you SHOULD!!!
