Update: emailed them for the 2nd time per their request with NO RESPONSE again. DO NOT GO HERE. Emailed them my concerns and didn't receive a response, so putting my concerns here. Went in for a 4 day headache. They did a neuro exam and I was completely alert and aware of what was happening. I didn't have any visual disturbances. I went off balance for a sec but that was because I stood up fast. Provider said she was going to have me do a vision test. Instead of that, provider automatically told me to go to the ER for a possible brain bleed?! Like what?! How did it go from a headache with no visual disturbances and being completely oriented to being a possible brain bleed? She kept asking if I was going to the ER and pretty much wouldnt let me leave without giving an answer. I needed to process what she was telling me and it turns out that if I wasnt going to the ER, I had to sign a waiver. I was crying very hard, and if she was so worried that i had a brain bleed, why just let me walk out and drive by myself? I realized she was just trying to cover her herself, which I get, but damn. She offered me a tissue with zero empathy. Terrible bedside manner from the provider. I went to the ER and the second I started talking to the nurses and doc at registration, they were confused asking why I was there and why urgent care even said all that because I was completely oriented and talking fine, walking fine, etc. Got fluids and was sent home. Thank you PIC for a $3000 ER visit for nothing. Work on bedside manner and show you care. Do better.

Great experience here! I went around 7pm and was first in line. Everyone was warm and welcoming, especially Tamika! I was in and out in about 20 mins. Would return for sure.
