        Not sure what is going on but ordered on the 2nd of January and order was never sent out until I called on the 6th. Then they sent me wrong thread color. Called again and was told to return wrong thread and they would get correct color shipped from local warehouse and we would have by the 10th or 11th latest. It is now the 12th and lost order due to their mistake. Really like the thread but the service needs help.
