        TRUCK DRIVER REVIEW: Bad shipper, very careless with the trailer and with their own product. Trailer was left with floor damage because of them nailing the load to the floor without even letting me know beforehand. 3 of my straps are unusable because they overtightened them by rolling too much slack in and they're completely stuck. Short of taking apart the entire ratchet mechanism, there's nothing to be done about them. I was picking up food processing equipment from them to take to Conagra in AR. Upon arrival there were several parts on the floor, which tells me their equipment is not of the highest quality. I would stay away from this company regardless weather you're a driver or a customer.
