    Design and finished product were fabulous. Beautiful shop with large selection of everything and anything you would need to invite your guests to your event. Specializes in wedding invitations. Save the dates and so much more. Kasey is the owner and the person I conducted my business with. Our personalities didn't mesh well. It was a tense and stressful experience for me. I was glad to get beautiful invitations, which is all I needed and wanted.

    My first meeting was pretty great. It was easy and quick. (I knew what I was looking for). I was quoted $2, 010 for 250 invitations. I took that quote home to think about it and realized that is an absurd amount of money. I found some pretty amazing options on some printing websites. When I let the owner know the price range I was looking for and the websites I was looking at, she got defensive and sent some pretty obnoxious text responses. She made me feel guilty for going with another option that saved me $1400!! After I apologized for wasting her 15 minutes, she continued to talk about saving small businesses and I felt harassed! Sorry this is 2019 and times are changed. The invitations I found on Zazzle were AMAZING and I got EVERYTHING for $640!! I also ordered extras! Yes, I sat and created them myself, but it was easy, I got what I wanted and I saved so much money. Also, they looked professional and gorgeous and not like someone glued 3 pieces of paper together. If you're wanting to get bullied into purchasing obnoxiously ridiculous priced invitations... this is the place for you!

    I want to write a positive review, I want small businesses to succeed, but they need to be polite, professional, and able to communicate. Kasey is none of these. I wrote this review in chunks after each interaction with her, so they are fresh accounts and true. She was personable at bridal expo. Met in person to go over vision for invitation. Once the process began, communication and follow up was nonexistent. We never planned a wedding before, so are not familiar with the process. Kasey agreed to communicate with email, but there were a lot of times where it took up to 2wks and double emails to hear back. I ALWAYS had to reach out to her; she never was proactive in her correspondence. I didn't trust her to have phone calls b/c of how she presented herself. Got everything in writing. She said she does the work. I was mad when I sent her the guestlist, but was told I needed to send a format she prefers, which was never indicated before. She said it would $35 per hour (90min) for her to do it. We are paying higher prices for her, I wasted a Sunday with my family, during holidays, to resend the same info to her as she prefers. She already cashed my checks, I was unable to turn back with out losing out on a lot of money. We scheduled for Proofs, driving 30min to her home for her to be so embarrassed; she miss-scheduled and didn't have proofs for us. She was apologetic and agreed to do Table Numbers for free due to her mess up. PLEASE NOTE, we know personal lives exist, but they are not excuses for poor practices. She openly admitted that she had medical issues, used it as an excuse for forgetting to send something or not being on top of her game. This is concerning, I care for human life, but in a business transaction I felt uncomfortable w/ her sharing her personal life when we were paying money for a job, she admitted that she was "not at her best for" as her side effects caused disruption in her business. We never acknowledged comments about her health, hoping she would realize they were unprofessional, but she continued to use it as an excuse for mistakes. She means well, but admitting to clients you aren't producing good product? We were relieved to finally be done, as she confirmed pick up of our final order 2 days prior to our wedding@1p. We arrive, ring Video Doorbell, for her to tell us to call her phone b/c SHE WAS NOT HOME. She frantically and emotionally talked over me to say that she needed to get a second job to cover her part of the rent. I was done, cut her off, told her it was unprofessional, asked when she'd be home. She yelled at me with attitude can you let me finish?!. Completely unprofessional. COVID has created stress for everyone, but I paid her for a service and have my own issues going on. I do not allow it to affect my work and interactions with my patients. She was "stuck in traffic" and would be there in 30min. I told her we were not leaving her house until she got there. She agreed. 45min went by and her Husband placed a box on the porch and immediately went inside. Kasey called us and said it was there. I asked when she would arrive, because again, she said she was stuck in traffic. She proved she lied, said her boss wont let her go. So again, she is a liar, poor at communicating, and can't handle stress/maintain professionalism. I let her know all of thi. She made our year 1000x worse. She of course was apologetic, said she would be better, but how does that help me? If you mess up once, ok, I will give you another shot. Twice, I am a little weary, but every single time?! You need to reevaluate your business practice. It is a shame, because the final product was fine, but the extra stress it added to an already stressful planning year, I would not do it again. Support local businesses, more than ever now, but stay clear from her if you do not want added stress. I know she will come back with excuses and rebuttals to this review, like others, but it isn't worth it to respond to her. We are done with our interactions and pray that no other couple suffers through their planning like we did

    Kasey is a ROCKSTAR!! She handled all of our paper goods and wedding coordination. The paper goods were completely customized and done beautifully!! I received so many compliments on them, and they definitely set the tone for our wedding day! She was also the BEST wedding coordinator I could have asked for! She met with us several times to understand and discuss the details of our wedding to ensure she was in the loop and understood our vision. And, she ensured our vision was realized the day of! She was on top of ALL of it!! She helped the day go smoothly from start to finish. AND, we could not have predicted that our hotel would be overbooked to the point where some of our guests (and bridal party!) didn't have a hotel room... and while this was a bummer, she took the stress away by taking complete control of the situation and coordinating getting everyone affected a room at a hotel down the street. In addition, she was attentive to my husband and I, as well as our bridal party, during the reception to ensure we were taken care of with drinks and food! I could go on and on about all of the things Kasey did for us before and on our wedding day. I truly can't say enough good things about her. And, if you are questioning whether you should have a coordinator or not, trust me, you should! This is the one day you spend so much time and money on, that you want it to be perfect. So you definitely want Kasey! If nothing else, at least visit her to see samples of her paper goods - they are one of a kind, like her! I totally recommend Kasey and DBY!!
