I will never return here again, to a total negligence so called tax preparation after I paid her $175 to file my taxes, she said to send her a total number of how much my husband made the prior year, since he was paid in cash for most of his general labor work. I sent her the number a day after a left, since I didnt give her a number we couldnt sign the forms, so 3 months pass and I hear nothing, I follow up with Juany and she says that she had sent me the forms and I never received them , I told her to send them to me again! She said she did, which she didnt! So I told her if I could just stop by her office, she said no! She was too busy, 6 months pass I followed up again with Juany! I told her I would just like my money back and she refused because she said she did all her work?!
Im also worried because Ive been told she uses people ssc for her utilities so , I would also be careful! I had gave her my kids ssc and birth Certificates which she never returned to me. I had to get all new everything!
Do your research before you go somewhere with all your personal documentation!
