The experience working with professionals was the worst nightmare, ever. Get everything they say in writing and have a good attorney on standby. Interview multiple realtors before making a decision. Timelines were not respected and the effort put forward by the professional was lacking at best.

Horrible expierence with this office. Eddie Quintana follow up is really bad. In 6 months that I had my property for sale no communication at all when I specifically asked to keep me updated on showings and feedback from clients. , this is a comercial property. I also had mention I wanted to sale my house never followed up on that. That should of been my red flag before I continue to waste 6 months with this office. Called him several times no answer and never returned my calls once he found out I wanted to take the property off the market , when I finally went into the office the manager was rude as soon as I told her I wanted to take my property off the market. She didnt even asked for the address and said ,ok is off the market did not at any time apologized for the sales person behavior or did she at any time offer to keep the property listed by some other sales rep.
