Realpro Appraisals was the company utilized during a recent Refinance. I was a little surprised when they explained that the Mortgage Company had requested a full "every room" interior-exterior appraisal but Courtney was great to work with. She was responsive, returned calls quickly and provided accurate information on the process. She worked to set the appraisal day and time so it could fit my schedule. The appraiser and company owner David arrived on time, was also informative, professional but easy going and was "in & out" of the house in about 15 minutes. The total process took less than 30 minutes. I would recommend them as a trusted business.
