I loved my apartment at Fountian Square. Their units are not your average apartment units. Higher end finishes like granite and 42 inch cabinets, solids core doors. These little things make it feel like a quality home. I had indoor parking and loved having an assigned space. Property Manager is great - has an office in the building and very responsive. The neighborhood has a great urban feel with restaurants and bars close by, and there were several buildings close by being redeveloped when I moved. I had to move out of state after one year, and now Im in a cookie-cutter apartment and miss my Fountain Square space so much.
I highly recommend this building.

Wow, I really love living here! The building is so well maintained! The downtown area here is really nice! Everything is in walking distance.
