Zero stars if I could. Avoid him at all cost! He charged me $2500 against my deposit and when I called to ask for receipts, he started a shouting match with me instead of discussing the issue and provided nothing in terms of proof. If you see a rental property listed by him, avoid him. Not sure how he is in terms of buying/selling real estate. It's funny that the landlord didn't use him to sell his other property after hiring him to manage the rental. It's unfortunate that this interaction turned out this way. I did not expect this outcome.

Larry has been our realtor for many years and he is always respectful of our needs & wants, he is professional when assisting us in renting our condo and helping us to sell, then purchase a different home.
