Hi Carm, thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. I wish I had know this while you were at the restaurant, so we could have had the chance to turn things around!! If you don't speak up then we can't fix a problem we are not aware of.As far as the hosting proccess....The host is always more than happy to give guests a booth!! We will never refuse a table to a guest if it's available. That comment is simply FALSE. Unfortunatley, booths do get requested constantly. A lot of guests call in and make their request when they place a reservation. We have a hostess sheet which includes a layout for the evening with all our reservations and requests, so that is why you may not have seen menus on these tables at the time. We may have just cleared those tables from an earlier seating.As far as the food...Did you tell your server that you did not like your food? We train our staff to ask guest how their meal is and if they can get them anything else. We are always happy to replace a meal if you are not enjoing somthing you just tried. We do try to provide parmesan on all our tables. I'm sorry you did not have any but I assure you if you asked, we would have given you some. I apologize for any confustion about the seating and hope you'd be willing to give us another shot on the flavor front.
