Stellar Heating and Cooling

Cannot overestimate how unprofessional this organization is. Key issues here: 1) No technician arrived when I scheduled time on their site for an estimate. Their salesperson, Brady, sent texts to provide quotes (not even a call)... 2) After we talked about an AC install project they attempted to collect a down payment BEFORE they even stepped foot into the home to collect measurements or check if the AC install would even work within the configuration of my home. I negotiated with them to collect the down payment after the installer walked through...and I am glad I did because... 3) They mentioned they would need to cut holes in my drywall that they could not repair and that I would need to get a professional drywaller to repair any possible holes. I measured my scuttle hole for the AC install and they confirmed it would be appropriate for their parts. BUYER BEWARE! Why would you do any work that you couldn't fully finish or repair!? 4) After the installer walked through the home, we were discussing where the condenser units could be placed, where the wiring would go through, etc. The installer, to his credit, was courteous, and said someone would help answer my questions. 5) When he was done I got a text from Brady saying it would not work with my home and that I had too many demands (which were actually questions). And my concern about needing a drywall repairer after they cut holes was too much for them (WHY would you hire an AC installer if you have to hire another contractor to finish the damage they would cause...?) Apparently simply asking questions and trying to be an informed customer caused them too much heartache to move forward with a job. In complete shock. TL;DR: Only texted with me (no call) and tried to collect down payment for even visiting the home; then rejected business because I asked questions of where the units would be placed for an AC install once an installer came through. Brady was unprofessional and clearly has 0 sense of customer service. Steer clear and go with a more professional local installer that understands customer service.

Jack has serviced our HVAC system for preventive maintenance two other times. On this occasion the was an intermittent abnormal noise from the furnace. Jack had the patience to wait for the noise to occur while he tested possible problems. When the noise did return, he verified through electrical measurements that it was the inducer fan. Nice work.

Stellar Heating and Cooling guys saved my wedding this last weekend!! The air-conditioning wasn't working right in the building, the on site maintenance guys couldn't get it fixed. These guys showed up and had it going just in time before the hall had too many guests. Stellar Heating and Cooling are amazing!

They Charge $250.00 just to come and inspect" the problem. Do not waste tour tome with these people. Can only imagine the repair cost.

Our technician was the highlight of my day! He changed and cleaned our filter and vent. He washed the a/c unit. Honored our no shoes in the house rules by wearing shoe covers. He was an absolute delight. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Stellar Heating and Cooling is lucky to have not only an amazing technician working for them but also a great human.
