        One of my central AC units had stopped put out the cold air. Called Kustom Heating& Cooling, Service tech. Eric W walked in at 4:00 pm as appointment setting. It didn't take him long to find the problem. It was low refrigerant, there was a leak in the system. He explained to me in details before proceeding the repair as to the future expectation of the leak and cost. He also offered me a Kustom club membership which would reduce parts &labor costs. I took the membership after figuring out the total cost and how much it would save me. He proceeded with his work by injecting EasySeal Direct Inject - UV Dye Kit and 5 lbs of R22 refrigerant. Total bill would have been over $ 2,000 but signed up for membership save me a bit over $600. Eric was very nice and professional. I would recommend Kustom Heating and Cooling Service: A/C system repair
