Surge Solutions is the most thorough IT help I have ever received remotely. They certainly know how to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it just as speedy! Speaking to agent Dean was a pleasure, as he was very patient in trying to fix my scanner issue on my printer from afar and did a great job! I highly recommend Surge Solutions for home or business needs when you really want to deal with people who care about your computer issues and work hard to find the solutions until you are happy with the outcomes. Customer service these days tend to be poor, but Surge Solutions is A+ in customer experience, response time, and finding the answer to one's computer issues!
